WHAT WE DO

We are a 501 (c)(3) non profit organized to raise funds for charitable, vocational and educational purposes in South Asia including India, Nepal and Bangladesh. We are committed to sending 100% of funds received to persons/missionaries of whom we have first hand knowledge.

WHO WE ARE

Jerry and Cathie Gates founded South Asia CMJ after embarking on numerous journeys to the region over the past thirty years. During these trips they developed deep, lasting friendships and relationships with country nationals who are committed to bringing hope and help to people persecuted, unserved, and marginalized.  Married for 62 years and now both in their 80s, Cathie and Jerry remain more dedicated than ever to their passion for bringing light and relief  to the people of South Asia.
